Although it’s partly correct, I believe what we need here is *several key areas to have consensus on*, i.e. how our data model blueprint should be. Eg. how we should form sales data across the board, how we should have customer data.
Key data model (user journey/behaviour, sales, customer table) will give tremendous value to the business with multiplier effect as this would be use for many business cases.
